Hannah Byczkowski (Opener)

Hannah Byczkowski (pronounced Bitch-Cough-Ski, which she, surprisingly, has not been traumatised by) is an up and coming full-time comedian who wears her heart on her sleeve, and makes sure everyone has a good laugh with it. From observational and relatable material, to unbelievable stories, Hannah is making exciting waves on the comedy circuit.
Quick witted and hilariously compelling, Hannah has been named a ‘powerhouse performer who has grabbed live comedy by the scruff of the neck who has given it a jolly good kicking!’ by one of London’s biggest comedy promoters.
Hannah is the winner of BBC1’s “The Traitors” and since transmission, Hannah’s online presence has increased dramatically and she has a verified account on Instagram. She has been featured in many news articles, online and in print.
Hannah also has a 5* rated comedy podcast called “Ghost Huns” which she co-hosts with Suzie Preece. Ghost Huns sold out their first live show at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe and two London Halloween specials. Ghost Huns are heading out on tour in 2024, they will be visiting Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, and London. For dates and tickets, head to their website.
Hannah has featured numerous times on BBC Radio Stoke and is also involved in their charity fundraiser awards. In addition she is regularly featured in Stoke On Trent’s local paper, The Sentinel.
Glenn Wool (Headliner)
Glenn began his comedy career in his hometown of Vancouver in 1995.
He moved to London in 1998 and quickly became one of the rising stars of the London and international comedy circuit having performed in Australia, New Zealand, The USA, South Africa, Switzerland, France, Croatia and Arabia.
Glenn was nominated for Best International Stand Up at The New Zealand Comedy Awards and Best Headliner at the Chortle Awards In recent years Glenn has hit the International circuit in a big way, performing to huge crowds in Singapore, Holland, Dubai, New York and Los Angeles where he is currently living.
He’s also a popular addition to many of the great Summer music Festivals in the UK, including Reading & Leeds, Latitude, Bestival, Download and of course Glastonbury.
Glenn is a regular TV face having made appearances on Russell Howards Good News, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, The BBC Stand Up Show, The Live Floor Show, 28 Acts in 28 Minutes and The Comic side of Seven Days for the BBC.
The World Stands Up, Comedy Blue and Edinburgh and Beyond for Comedy Central, He continues to be a regular in Comedy Cuts, the comedy show from ITV2.
Glenn also wrote and starred in What’s The Story?’ broadcast on Channel 4 as part of the Comedy Lab season.
Radio is familiar to Glenn too having recently been in Political Animal and 28 Acts in 28 minutes for BBC Radio 4 as well as headlining 4 at the Store (R4) and The Late Night Comedy Show for Radio 1.
Pete Selwood (MC)
A hotly tipped up and coming comedian on the circuit, Yorkshire born-and-bred comedian Pete Selwood has quickly risen through the comedy ranks with his excellent storytelling style, that mixes hilarious observational material with killer punchlines.
In his short time on the comedy scene he has already won the Liverpool Echo New Comedian Of The Year 2016, Hot Water New Comedian Of The Year 2016 and the Laurence Batley New Yorkshire Comedian Of The Year 2017.
He was also a finalist in Hilarity Bites in both 2016 and 2017.
The Barnsley born Yorkshireman is an adept storyteller, focussing on tales of Northern life as a perpetually single man in his 20s. Being born with only one hand also gives him a unique view and experience of the world around him, poking fun at having a fairly minor disability in modern Britain.
In keeping with his material about disability, Pete is also half of a double-act with Britain’s Got Talent star Jack Carroll, performing sketches and creating videos about the portrayal of disability within our society.
